Sultan Sumagka, Maguindanao

Sultan Sumagka (formerly ''Talitay'') is a 6th class municipality in the province of Maguindanao, Philippines. According to the 2010 census, it has a population of 13,328 people in 4,683 households.
Talitay was created under Muslim Mindanao Autonomy Act No. 52 on August 30, 1996. It was carved out of the municipality of Talayan. It was renamed to Sultan Sumagka through the enactment of Muslim Mindanao Autonomy Act No. 228.〔http://armm.gov.ph/armm-content/uploads/2013/03/MMA%20Act%20No.%20228.pdf〕
