Sultan Sumagka (formerly ''Talitay'') is a 6th class municipality in the province of Maguindanao, Philippines. According to the 2010 census, it has a population of 13,328 people in 4,683 households. Talitay was created under Muslim Mindanao Autonomy Act No. 52 on August 30, 1996. It was carved out of the municipality of Talayan.
